What gets in your way?
I tend to find myself browsing social media.
Or tinkering with the format of my blog.
Or reading articles about how to attract people to my blog.
But is this the work I need to be doing?
Shouldn’t I be writing more blog posts?
Or posting on Twitter and Facebook?
The keeping busy things I first mentioned make me think I’m working.
But I’m not actually making much progress.
Why do I let this happen?
Keep In Touch With God
I think it’s because I forget to listen to the Holy Spirit.
I’m must be trying to do things on my own.
Maybe it’s confidence in my abilities?
Maybe it’s just plain procrastination.
Maybe I feel that some of the make work things are more fun.
I don’t know.
What do your think?
I’m opening myself up, but what the heck. You’ll be gently, right?
What I do notice is when I ask the Holy Spirit for direction He tells be to work on my disciple voice.
He tells me to get busy helping people find their disciple voice online.
But here’s the crux of that matter.
I only want to tell you what works through what I have experienced— where the Holy Spirit leads me in sharing my disciple voice.
I have to do that well so I can give you concrete ideas. To share the best ways to magnify your disciple voice using the internet.
So what are the must do items for sharing your disciple voice online?
I’m going to cover these items in upcoming post – I’ll link them all together. Maybe I’ll create a special page with these items and keep it current.
I believe the first must do is establish a purpose of what you want to accomplish. To validate this purpose you have to pray the Holy Spirit to understand what God wants you to accomplish.
The challenge here is when we do this, we don’t always get the complete answer.
Bottom line is to keep in touch with God.
I find this easy to forget or ignore.
I don’t want to do it, but I do. Wow this sounds a bit like Romans chapter 7.
